Firework displays, reading every book that I can, swimming, playing with my neighbor's horde of children (6 going on 7!!), staying up late, sleeping in late
I enjoy sleeping in, going for a run each morning, reading many books, and spending time with my family and friends. Knowing I can do whatever I want each day is great!
My favorite summer activities include sleeping in late, laying by the pool, reading, having a lack of a schedule (especially with my own kids-no school activities, homework, etc.).
Golfing can be enjoyable--especially when I hit a tee shot within 9 inches of the cup!!! On the other hand, it gets very frustrating when I get a 6 on a par 3.
Walking/Excercising, gardening, vacationing in the Outerbanks, watching girls 18 and under softball games, catching up on home improvements, being with my family
Spending time with my family, visiting the family cottage on Charleston Lake in Ontario, and taking my golden retriever on walks, to the dog park, or swimming.
Having time for alternate (non-school) activities: volunteering, taking daytrips, attending shows and concerts, working on long-overdue projects at home, catching up with family and friends.
Swimming, 4th of July celebrations, watching the Phillies or any baseball game.
